In the south, especially in the southeast, significant amounts of snow are accumulating. A snow cover of up to 30 centimeters may form between Munich and Salzburg by Saturday morning.
Even the most conservative weather models still allow the snowpack to swell 10 to 15 centimeters.
Snowfall amounts are often difficult to predict, but you should assume that there will be plenty of snowfall in these weather conditions. Therefore, the 30 centimeters on Saturday morning are not unthinkable.
