Update quickly: Google closes a dangerous security hole in Chrome with an emergency patch

Chrome notes that the vulnerability is already actively exploited by attackers. So users should install the update as soon as possible.

This usually happens automatically when Chrome starts. If you want to check which version is currently installed, first select “Help” and then “About Google Chrome” in Chrome using the three-dot menu in the upper right corner. If an update is available, then it will be installed automatically.
