When video surfaced of Zac Stacy attacking his child’s mother, the TransPerfect Music City Bowl decided to cut ties with the former NFL player TMZ.
Scheduled for December 30th in Nashville, Tenn, the organization has partnered with Stacy to promote the game and give back to the youth.
“Based on the video and domestic violence report regarding Zac Stacy,” officials said in a statement, “the TransPerfect Music City Bowl has terminated its relationship with Zac Stacy with immediate effect.”
As previously reported, an illustrative video showed Zac Stacy brutally beating his ex-girlfriend. Her little son was crying just a few yards away. Zac hits, hits and hits the woman. According to TMZ, the police are looking for Zac and asking him to turn himself in.
His charges relate to aggravated assault and criminal mischief. The woman, who was named Kris Evans on social media, had injuries to her face, torso and legs, according to police. They answered a call from her last weekend, but Zac was already gone.
