If you don’t want to use the finished product but prefer fresh pasta, here’s an easy recipe for you.
For the pie crust, you need the following ingredients:
- 400g flour type 405 or 550
- flour for the work surface
The easiest way to prepare the dough is to mix the ingredients in a bowl. Then remove the slightly crumbly mass from the bowl and continue kneading on a smooth surface for about 10 minutes. If the dough is too dry, add a little water.
Form a ball with the dough and let it rest in cling film at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
After the resting time, divide the pasta dough into portions and wrap them again until further processing.
Then roll out the dough with your pasta machine. To do this, follow the instructions for your model. Repeat the process until the dough is nice and smooth.
Now cut the pasta into strips with the machine. The width of the strips varies depending on the type of pasta you want.
Then cook the pasta until al dente and prepare your favorite pasta sauce at the same time.
