Spotify annual chart: these artists were the most listened to in Germany in 2022

Along with RAF Camora and Bonez MC, rap also tops second and third place among the most streamed artists in Germany, according to Swedish audio streaming service Spotify. The second and third places for the most streamed songs are “Sehnsucht” by Miksu, Macloud and t-low and the hit “Layla” by DJ Robin and Schürze.

Spotify competitors Apple Music and Deezer have already released their annual charts. Apple Music gives users an overview of listening habits under the title “Replay”. As announced on Tuesday, Ed Sheeran’s “Shivers” was the most streamed song in Germany in 2022. Together with provider Deezer, the service is called “Rewind”. There, the rapper Kontra K was able to gain the most streams among users in Germany.
