Moon Knight Trailer Announced for NFL Super Wild Card Matchup Featuring New Footage

A new trailer for Marvel’s Moon Knight will be released during the NFL Super Wild Card Matchup on Monday, January 17th and it has been announced with some new footage giving us our best look of Moon Knight in full costume yet.

The new Moon Knight trailer will air sometime during the Arizona Cardinals vs. Los Angeles Rams game on ABC/ESPN, which begins at 5:15 p.m. PT/8:15 p.m. ET. Unfortunately, there’s no set time when the trailer will start, but we’ll get it up to you as soon as we can once it starts.

The trailer shows Oscar Isaac in his Full Moon Knight costume, but only for a brief second. The footage, which includes much of what was seen in Marvel Studios’ 2021 Disney+ Day Special, also includes our first look at Ethan Hawke’s character, who is said to be inspired by serial killer David Koresh.

Isaac’s character, Marc Spector, suffers from dissociative personality disorder, and Disney’s official description reveals a little more of what the series has in store.

“The multiple identities that live within it are thrown into a mortal war of the gods against the backdrop of modern and ancient Egypt,” reads the official description.

For more, see Hawke’s story about how he got into Moon Knight and why Isaac called the workload on this MCU series the biggest challenge of his career.
