Mega update for Telegram: WhatsApp Challenger brings many new features

For those who frequently participate in large group chats, Telegram is updating a number of features in large chat threads. The first is a new “Topics 2.0” update that sorts group topics into multiple threads and makes the big chat feel like a forum rather than a disorganized cacophony of posts.

The second group settings feature is a new “Aggressive Anti-Spam” filter. Instead of relying on third-party options to block and report spam, Telegram’s aggressive new algorithm is able to handle more spam messages to protect users in group chats with over 200 members. Admins have the ability to flag false positive messages.
