On Saturday, June 18, the LEGO Group streamed its second annual LEGO CON, hosted by Vick Hope, Joel McHale, and Melvin Odoom. Special guests included Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood from the Harry Potter franchise) and Angus MacLane, the director behind the new Pixar film Lightyear.
The event lasted two hours and included interviews with LEGO designers and an international LEGO Masters build project to celebrate the company’s 90th anniversary. But the most exciting parts of the show were the multiple set reveals. Two of the sets will revive classic LEGO themes, and the other sets continue LEGO’s licensed franchises, including Avatar, Star Wars, Marvel, Super Mario, and more. All sets will launch later this summer.
Here are the biggest announcements and reveals from LEGO CON 2022.
