Injunction against the “Henssler smoothie”: tens of thousands of products must now be destroyed
The relatively young Stuttgart-based company regards this assessment as “absurd”. They are two completely different product lines that differ significantly in terms of ingredients and designs.
“We don’t care about provocative slogans or being particularly weird and loud. For us, the focus is on the product,” says Patrick Dietz, Unibev’s CEO.
Particularly annoying for “Hensslers Gartenglück”: During the injunction, tens of thousands of smoothies must now be destroyed. In times of raw material scarcity, this “gigantic waste of food” is particularly painful for Dietz. Therefore, one now wants to act against the injunction.
