Google doesn’t like it: secret Android store only offers free apps

Google has a firm grip on the smartphone market with the Android operating system. This also applies to the many apps that can be installed through the Play Store – the group decides what appears there.

And also what is not. Most of the time, of course, it’s about user safety, so that no harmful applications are distributed. But there are also apps that Google just doesn’t seem to like.

This includes the alternative app store called F-Droid, which is not available to download from Google Play. The application is a kind of alternative store where all Android applications offered are completely free.
