Free photo editing program: best tools – CHIP
A Free Classic has been at the top of the CHIP download charts for image editing for many years. Photoshop CS 2, a 17 year old version of Photoshop that has long been unsupported and has a few hiccups. Nevertheless, it meets the criteria of a free image editing program, at least as far as the procedure for the license key is concerned.
Strictly speaking, however, serial numbers received as part of the download can only be used by customers who have legally purchased Photoshop CS2 and wish to continue using it, otherwise Adobe’s copyrights are infringed.
There is one important limitation: Photoshop CS2 can no longer be used on 64-bit computers. The software cannot be used under Windows 11.
