In recent years, Amazon has greatly expanded the benefits of Prime membership – there are exclusive special offers and access to Prime Music, Prime Video and Prime Photos services.
Until now, Xbox Live and PlayStation Plus were the first port of call for gamers: for a monthly subscription, the Microsoft and Sony networks regularly provided subscribers with new games. With Amazon and Twitch, a competitor is now opening up that is of particular interest to PC gamers.
