Justice League director Zack Snyder has shared a video that some fans believe will be taking on another DC film project.
The clip that was posted on a social media site VeroIt shows a Thanksgiving turkey with the simple caption: “Thankful”. However, it’s what is showing in the background Justice League Fans were convinced that the director will return for another film.
On the kitchen counter in the background is a copy of DC’s Absolute Final Crisis, paired with two notebooks.
That may not go much further, but DC fans believe this is teasing a Final Crisis film project – especially since Clay Staub, director of the second unit of Zack Snyder’s Justice League, recently tweeted a picture (via comicbook.com) by Darkseid and Desaad with the words “Let it begin …”.

Final Crisis was launched in 2008 – a seven-part miniseries by Grant Morrison. This crossover event featured heavily on Darkseid, who successfully used the anti-life equation to enslave millions of people on Earth before being defeated against the heroes of DC.
Both Darkseid and Desaad play a role in Final Crisis, which makes Staub’s sketch particularly interesting. However, Staub later made it clear that his drawings were simply something he had done while watching the Snyder Cut. Despite this clarification, the timing seems suspicious to some DC fans.
Of course, Zack Snyder should be done with the DC Universe after its release Zack Snyder’s Justice League, also known as the Snyder cut. However, previous Justice League 2 sequel plans would have resulted in Superman succumbing to the anti-life equation – an act somewhat similar to DC’s Final Crisis.
