Consumer Center Warns: A Number of Websites Violate New Termination Rule

Two-thirds of companies that offer online contracts have no or no clear termination button on their website. This is shown by a cross-industry study of consumer advice centers from different providers.

As reported by the Schleswig-Holstein Consumer Advisory Center (VZSH), 18% of the 840 websites checked between July and October showed violations of the law. 33 percent had no complaints, the rest moved into a gray area.
