The procedure for activating RAM profiles is the same for Intel and AMD. You have to go into UEFI settings, which either go to boot with a keystroke, most of the time [Entf.] Where [F2]. Or you can use advanced boot in Windows and click on UEFI firmware.

Unfortunately, motherboard vendors don’t name their menus consistently, but if you find a “Tweaker” item, you’re usually on the right track. Then you just need to select a setting like “XMP” from the menu, sometimes there are also different profiles like “XMP I” and “XMP II”.

Choose one and save the settings. After a reboot, your system should be running with optimal RAM settings. If there are no setting options, your system probably just doesn’t offer any XMP.
