The US Department of Defense has announced the formation of the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group (AOIMSG), which is in some ways the US UFO task force.

As reported by New York Post, The DoD announced this new group earlier this week and confirmed that it would be a successor to the US Navy’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force.

The AOIMSG will “synchronize efforts by the entire Department and the US government in general to discover, identify and assign objects of interest in Special Use Airspace (SUA) and assess any related threats to flight safety and national security.” and weaken “.

One of the primary objectives of the AOIMSG is “to address the challenges related to the evaluation of UAP on or near DOD training stands and facilities highlighted in the preliminary DNI evaluation report presented to Congress in June 2021 became.”

This report was the long-awaited one on UAP, detailing the government’s official stance on these mysterious flying objects seen over our skies. It analyzed 144 reports on EAPs between 2004 and 2021, but the government found that any official explanation of what these EAPs are is “largely inconclusive”.

While the report said there were 18 incidents in 21 reports that exhibited unusual UAP movement patterns or flight characteristics, it did not determine whether these were alien in origin or from our planet.
